This building is for employees of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You can take a tour, but call first to find out the latest information. There is a cafeteria in the basement. There are some beautiful murals and paintings to see on the main floor. Things have been under construction. The view from the 26th floor is really neat. You can see the entire valley from up there! The temple that you can see from there is currently under renovations.
Dwarfing the stunning and iconic Temple, this building gives serious "Man in the High Castle" vibes. At night it is a bit creepy, especially with the huge globe in the concrete facia, sugesting some pretty disconcerning ambitions as someone not in the church ...yet. Not quite as disconcerning as the beehive house however.
One of the best times to visit this place is during the Christmas season. They go to a extraordinary amount of effort to decorate with Christmas lights nativities from around the world you can sometimes on select days I'm not sure if they still offer them but you can go to the top of the church office building and get a tour of it. This church is one of the most well-organized in the world. Its neighboring buildings and sites Temple Square offers the chance to walk around to see the different buildings such as the Tabernacle Assembly Hall the the Tabernacle holds weekly broadcasts of the tabernacle choir music and the spoken word that airs every Sunday it is free to attend however you do need to get there before 9:30 the only time a ticket is required is during the fall and spring general Conference sessions. During those times the broadcast is done from the conference center across the street which is called North Temple.
This is the primary office for the leaders of the church. They have been doing extensive work on the South side of the building. It should look more and more amazing as the year moves forward.
This cult is full of stalkers, harassers, and disrespectful individuals. They will find your phone number, address, and everything about you and put it on their "ward lists" then claim they can't remove your info. They will continue to harass you even though the FCC/FTC will fine organizations $1500 per unsolicited text and phone call.
Nice & clean facility. It's easy to locate and find parking. The people I encountered were very nice and helpful
I come to find out that the LDS churches are rude people. If you tell them you don't want anything to do with them, I was in the church intell I was old enough to see they're rude. And they will steal from their older members like they did to my mon this church is a worthless place to be apart of
Huge building, this building is the headquarters for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints. If you take a tour it's an awesome experience. The people inside are great and extremely courteous. This is a great place to visit if you are taking a tour of temple square. Beautiful grounds too
